Venture AI

Project Overview

Venture AI was built to help founders track key metrics and prepare for fundraising without requiring deep analytics expertise. The product needed to feel approachable, fast, and focused, with a marketing site that explained value clearly. With no existing design foundation, the work centered on creating a UI system that could scale while keeping the experience lightweight and understandable.

Dashboard UI

Challenge

Founders needed insight quickly, but dashboards can easily become overwhelming. The design had to simplify complex information without flattening it, and it needed to support growth as features expanded. The website also had to do real work, explaining the product clearly and helping users understand what they would get before committing time to onboarding.

Solution

Designed a UI based on strong hierarchy and progressive disclosure, paired with a marketing site structured around clarity and outcomes. Key work included:

• Core dashboard UI structured around progressive disclosure to reduce cognitive load
• Clear visual hierarchy and reusable component rules for dense analytics views
• Tooltips, micro-interactions, and guided states supporting self-serve onboarding
• Marketing site structured around outcomes, use cases, and product flows
• Scalable design system enabling new features without redesigning foundational patterns

Result

Early user testing showed higher engagement and improved task completion through onboarding flows. The visual system supported faster iteration as the product evolved, while the marketing site improved positioning for both investors and early customers. The result was a product experience that felt focused, modern, and understandable.
