Project Overview
Arena is an esports streaming platform built to offer an alternative to Twitch and YouTube, with a more curated experience for fans and teams. The project started from zero, which meant building the brand identity, user experience, and all supporting design systems in tandem. The visual language emphasized clarity, energy, and motion to resonate with a younger, high-engagement audience. Deliverables included everything from platform UI and team tools to investor decks and a full website.

Challenge
In a space crowded with big players, Arena needed to feel distinct and relevant. The product had to be intuitive for casual viewers, while also offering deeper functionality for esports teams. Early-stage momentum was critical—both for fundraising and audience building—so the visual and product design had to deliver quickly.
Solution
Created a bold, modern identity system and a UI that emphasized ease of use and high contrast. Designed standout product features like multistream viewing and team dashboards to give Arena a competitive edge. Developed brand assets across decks, motion, and web to support fundraising and public launch.
