Arena was built as an alternative to the major streaming platforms, aiming for a more curated experience for esports fans and teams. Starting from zero meant shaping the brand and the product interface at the same time, with early decisions needing to support both launch and fundraising. The work focused on clarity, energy, and a visual language that could carry across UI, web, and pitch materials.

Challenge
The product needed to be instantly usable for casual viewers while still offering deeper functionality for teams. In a crowded space, differentiation had to be obvious without overcomplicating the experience. Speed mattered, too: the brand had to feel credible on day one, and the UI needed a scalable foundation for new features as the product evolved.
Solution
Created a bold identity and a product design system that made key features feel simple, while giving the brand enough personality to stand out. Key work included:

Result
Arena launched with a cohesive brand and product experience that supported early momentum. Multistream viewing and team analytics became differentiators that were easy to understand and demo. The design system helped maintain consistency as new screens and marketing assets were created quickly during launch and fundraising phases.
